How are the courses organized?

FINLAZ has organized its Online Academy based on four courses.

The first one is free of charge and shows the current business organization and automation problems, errors that FINLAZ solves with its new method of organizing processes based on a base system.

The second is a course that contains the lessons on the complete FINLAZ method: organization in business processes, the detailed representation that allows institutionalization and automation, the indicators to measure performance, the analysis of investments in automation and a suitable strategy for automate the business.

The third includes all the lessons of the FINLAZ method plus a personalized 8-hour consultation to clarify doubts about specific situations of their businesses.

The fourth includes all the lessons of the FINLAZ method plus a 20-hour personalized consultation, through which you will be able to clarify doubts and receive training to solve specific business problems.

Courses with personalized advicing offer materials such as PDF Case Studies and Excel templates for economic analysis sent to the students by email, as a way to discuss and resolve their business concret issues.

Lessons are in high-quality MP4 video format.

Can the videos be downloaded from the platform?
