Why does your business need a cyclical organization?
Currently there is a wide variety of methods that in one way or another encourage the organization of business processes to achieve continuous improvement. All of these methods are riddled with general principles to keep in mind. The consulting houses exhibit examples of solutions to problems in specific businesses, suppress activities that do not generate value and offer guidance, but do not show a general substrate or scheme from which to start to organize the business.
